1 · Who we are

Keyhaven Drive ("Keyhaven", "we") is a vehicle rental and chauffeur service operating from 15 Aare Bashiru Street, Oral Estate, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. These terms govern your use of this website and any booking made through it, by phone or by WhatsApp. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

2 · Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when payment (or an approved pay-on-collection arrangement) is received and you receive a written confirmation. Until then, quoted availability is indicative — a vehicle can be reserved by another customer at any moment before payment.

Prices shown are itemised before payment: base rate, chauffeur service where selected, insurance tier, delivery, applicable discounts and VAT at 7.5%. The total you see at confirmation is the total you pay; no charges are added afterwards except those in the Rental Terms (fuel, late return, damage, fines).

3 · Cancellation and refunds

more than 7 days before pickup: 100% of the rental is refunded. 72 hours to 7 days before pickup: 75% of the rental is refunded. less than 72 hours before pickup, the rental amount is non-refundable. Security deposits are always returned in full on cancellation, in every tier.

If Keyhaven cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund plus a goodwill credit, or a comparable or better replacement vehicle at your option.

4 · Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Fraudulent documents, misrepresentation of identity, or use of a vehicle for unlawful purposes terminate the agreement immediately, forfeit the rental fee, and will be reported to the authorities.

5 · Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law. Our liability for matters connected to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the courts of Lagos State.
