1 · What every rental includes

Comprehensive motor insurance is included in every rental rate on the Keyhaven Drive website. Your cover includes:

• The rental vehicle

• Third-party bodily injury

• Third-party property damage

Insurance is not an optional add-on and cannot be removed from your rental.

Your insurance cover is included automatically in the price you see when booking.

Important

Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limits of the applicable insurance policy. Customers remain responsible for any amounts or losses not covered by the policy, including applicable excesses or charges arising from prohibited use or a breach of the rental agreement.

2 · In an incident

If you are involved in an accident, breakdown, theft, or any other incident involving the vehicle:

Call the Keyhaven Drive 24/7 emergency line first, before entering into any roadside negotiation or agreeing to any settlement.

Our team will guide you through the next steps and coordinate the appropriate assistance.

3 · Vehicle Replacement

Keyhaven Drive reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle where the vehicle originally booked becomes unavailable due to breakdown, accident, damage, mechanical failure, maintenance, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, the replacement vehicle will be of the same or a comparable category to the vehicle originally booked.

If a comparable vehicle is not available, Keyhaven Drive may provide a vehicle from a different category. Any change in rental price will be handled appropriately based on the circumstances.

If no suitable replacement vehicle is available, Keyhaven Drive may cancel the affected portion of the rental and provide a refund for the unused rental period, subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

Customer approval: A customer may not reject a reasonable replacement vehicle solely because it is a different make or model where it is of a comparable category and meets the agreed rental requirements.
